Terms & Conditions

I. You will have reasonable unlimited access to Bramble & Bloom to discuss details during working hours once you have booked a date.

II.  A follow up consultation is included 8 weeks before the event to finalise details. Any additional face to face meetings are charged at £45 per hour.

III. Bramble & Bloom reserve the right not to order/cut flowers unless payment has been received in full by the stated date.

IV. Please note that although Bramble & Bloom will do everything in their power to deliver the order as arranged, occasionally unavoidable circumstances cause disruption to delivery times and/or the named florist. In this instance Bramble & Bloom cannot be held liable. We advise you to take out comprehensive wedding insurance.

V. Responsibility for the collection/disposal of designs after the event does not lie with Bramble & Bloom. If ‘take down’ is required please contact us for a separate price. If collection after a funeral is required, please discuss this and your options with us.

VI.  Please note our free delivery area. If delivery is required elsewhere, please contact us for a quotation.

VII. Bramble & Bloom reserve the right to use images of the event/flowers on our social media. Please let us know if you would NOT like this.

VIII. Bramble & Bloom reserves the right to reissue the quotation should the location or specifications change considerably.

IX. If mock up designs are required, please contact us for a quotation as these are not included in the estimate.

X. We respect your privacy and will not disclose order details, prices etc to any third party and we ask that you do the same.

XI. Extreme weather conditions – we will always put safety first and follow Government advice to allow us to safely do our job.

XII. Bramble & Bloom reserve the right to substitute a flower or foliage, if it is unavailable, with a similar and suitable alternative.

XIII. The responsibility to arrange timely access to the venue lies with the client, Bramble & Bloom cannot be held responsible is access is not previously agreed.

XIV. Responsibility remains with the client to seek permission to construct any hanging or suspended designs that require installation.

XV. Please be aware that some flowers and plant varieties can cause skin reactions or allergies. Please take appropriate care and do not ingest. Bramble & Bloom cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions.

XVI. A designated person must sign for all deliveries to confirm receipt and satisfaction. On signing the client assumes all responsibility and care for the designs.

XVII. If moving of designs from A to B is required during the event, the client must state this and contact Bramble & Bloom for a separate quotation for this work.
